Shipping & Returns

All our goods are custom-made to order especially for you. We are passionate about our craft and the process involved, ensuring time and care go into every item we make, lending to our 14 - 17 day production lead time. Any stock items will be shipped immediately. 

An email will be sent with courier details once your item is ready for shipping.

COURIER LEAD TIME: 

• Outlying areas - Flat Rate of R149 - Outlying door-to-door delivery takes 3 to 4 working days Via our courier partner. 
• Local Flat rate of R99 - Local door-to-door delivery takes 1 to 2 working days. 
• We do offer local collection from our store at Prison Break Market for the Northern Johannesburg region

Guarantee / Exchanging of Goods:
Workmanship & Component Quality Guarantee
Acorn & Anvil will exchange or repair items with quality-related issues provided, that they are returned within 90 days of purchase. (Proof of the date purchased, will need to be provided)
